How do I order a product?
Shopping here is pretty simple really. Let’s say an item in our shop catches your eye and you decide to purchase it. You select a size (if it’s a t-shirt) and the amount of items, place them in a cart and at the checkout you can easily calculate shipping costs to your destination. You’ll be redirected to the PayPal checkout where you can complete your purchase. After that it’s our job to send the package your way as quickly as possible.
What if an item is marked as sold out?
All available sizes for each product are listed in their description. If you can’t find your size or if a certain item is sold out which may happen sometimes, we are trying really hard to stock up as soon as possible. For information on availability of products, you can write to us using a form in a contact tab of the store or send us your question directly to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will make sure to reply as quickly as possible.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices are in Euro.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Right now we only accept PayPal payments. (PayPal accepts all major credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express etc.)
How secure is your store?
PayPal uses 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available), the same used by your bank.

Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Well, at least the nice lady at the post office said so and she proved to be trustworthy.
What shipping method do you use?
Packages are sent via Post of Slovenia (Pošta Slovenije) using a Priority Service, and should arrive: EU: 3-6 days, the rest of Europe: 6-8 days, rest of the world: 8 -15 days. business days. We did try sending packages via Leprechaun Post but it just didn’t work out so well.
How much does shipping cost?
Handling is included in shipping. Right now this shop is selling t-shirts and posters, here are the shipping costs based on the weight of the package:
1 pc = 5 €,
2 pcs = 7 €
3 pcs = 9 €
4 pcs = 11 €
5 to 7 pcs = 13 €
NOTE: If you want to purchase 8 pcs or more, we strongly suggest contacting us first, because if the weight of the package exceeds 2 kg, shipping costs will probably give us all medium headaches and we will avoid that by sending you the ordered products in separate packages. In case you overlooked this note and ordered larger quantities, we will notify you anyway.
1 to 4 pcs = 5 eur
5 to 10 pcs = 8 eur
NOTE: As said for larger t-shirt orders, if the weight of the package exceeds 2 kg, we will send the ordered posters in separate packages.
Poštnina za Slovenijo:
Za 1 kos je poštnina 2 eur, za vsak naslednji dodani kos pa poštnina znaša 1eur (primer: 2 kosa = 3 eur, 3 kosi = 4 eur, 4 kosi = 5 eur itd.)
Za 1 kos je poštnina 2 eur, za vsak naslednji dodani plakat pa poštnina znaša 50 centov (primer: 2 kosa = 2,50 eur, 3 kosi = 3 eur, 4 kosi = 3,5 eur itd.)
OPOMBA: Če bo naročilo vsebovalo 8 majic in več (omejitev je 2 kg), vam bomo naročene izdelke poslali v dveh ločenih paketih. Enako velja za večje količine plakatov. O tem boste predhodno obveščeni.
Are there any additional shipping costs?
Please note, depending on the country you are in, international orders may receive custom charges (brokers fee, duty tax etc.) and are payable by you.
When will my order ship and arrive?
All products in stock will be shipped in 2-4 business days. In case of unexpected delays you will be notified.
Can I track my package?
We don’t currently offer tracking or shipping notification, but if you’d like to know if your package is in transit, feel free to reply to your order confirmation email and we will let you know about it.
What’s your return policy?
It’s extremely important to us that you’re 101% satisfied with your purchase, but if for some reason you aren’t, please let us know via e-mail and then send us your unused, unworn and unwashed item for a refund. Postage for items sent back is paid by you. Refunds typically take up to 14 days to process through PayPal. However, if you are returning items that came to you damaged or defective, send them back and we will replace them with new ones and send them to you free of charge.
